Welcome with Kenis NV
Kenis NV is an enterprise which is founded by Kenis Marchel in 1974. His first activity was to start with the construction of trailers and frames. A year later, he sold his first tractor in collaboration with Zetor en Steyr. This was the start of a success story.
From 1977 he received the dealership of Ford, by which he could further expand his enterprise. Chris Kenis who also had entered the company, took care off all administrative tasks.
In 1984 Marcel Kenis, whose hobby of constructing and selling tractors had become a great success, decided to start an enterprise.
Thanks to the success of the enterprise, Marcel Kenis received more and more machinery rental requests. In 1986 the rental company was a fact. Nowadays the company owns 50 machines.
In 1999 Tim Kenis joined the company. The name of the company changed from Kenis Marcel into Kenis NV. About the same time, Kenis NV took over the furnishing of stables and pasture pumps of Ipsam NV. This was the start of the assembly line named Kenco. Kenco has grown and now a great number of products are produced under the name Kenco.
The company needed to stop the salary enterprise because of the growth of the mechanization of the enterprise. In the same year we started to sell and offer the service of the New Holland combines.
Our enterprise remains to grow, nowadays we employ approximately 16 people and the fleet of machinery has expanded to 300 machines on a surface of 15.000m².
