MAS

The MAS manure separator, which works on the principle of a screw press filter, has by far away from manure separators but inside the filter-pressing part out completely different. A major advantage to the MAS is that the filter press remains free. This machine has little energy and are not unnecessarily filter pollutants from the pressed.
Furthermore, the MAS with a self-regulatory sealing cone, so there are no plugs needed to boot the machine. The back-pressure (pneumatic pressure on the cone) is precisely adjustable allowing you the quality of the final products (both the effluent and the dry mass) very accurately control; there is no risk of penetration of thin manure. Furthermore, the screw in the machine with a unique unilateral bearings making them very carefully and adjust the filters are easy to exchange. The low speed and the free turning of the screw in the filter lead to a lower wear. In practice, many times that MAS is a machine with very high reliability.
